My Neighborhood.

My neighborhood is more than just a collection of houses and tree lined streets. Its about the people. I think the best way to capture a place is not to take a series of landscapes but to capture a portrait of the lives of local residents. People like Miss Carrey, who marched with Martin Luther King Jr during the civil rights movement or college students like Jacob Breitinger. My neighborhood is Lincolnville and I think that it is unique for many reasons but most notable is the collection of people. These are the faces of my neighborhood.
